IAR has taken the lead as an innovator in packaging and automation.
By using the latest miniature surface-mounted components, pick and place robots, and automated assembly techniques,
IAR is able to produce high volumes with the utmost accuracy and repeatability, yet maintain low labor and overhead costs.
All segments of work, from engineering efforts through CAD layout and SMT production, are performed in-house.
